What is the Offline Tool?

The Offline Tool is a software written in ABAP which enables to analyze SAP systems with the Snow Optimizer without the need that these systems are connected via RFC. The Offline Tool creates a file which contains all necessary data to analyze the system. This file can then be imported into the Snow Optimizer.

The results produced by the Snow Optimizer are usually lists of recommendations for updates to user master data. These lists can be produced by the Snow Optimizer as files, which then can be read and processed by the Offline Tool.
