CSV upload

CSV upload contains reports to load application data as well as user and assignment data from applications. Since application data and user assignment data is loaded separately, the preparation of two CSV files is required. The CSV file containing application data must be prepared with 13 values separated by a semicolon. The CSV file containing user and assignment data must be prepared with 18 values separated by a semicolon.
