Applications and users & assignments on applications

Both reports load a text file with either application data or user and assignment data on applications. The by default activated option 'Test run' runs a connection test without saving data on the SAP database.

  1. Click on Select data.png.

    Select source and click on Accept.png.

  2. Leave checkbox activated or deactivate it.

  3. Click on Execute.png.

  4. Read note in pop-up and ensure the text file is prepared as described.

    Click on Accept.png.

  5. Select file from directory and click on 'Open'.

Each result shows a table filled with data from the loaded text file.
