Digital Access

Digital Access provides information about the volume of Indirect Usage.

When it comes to Digital Access, ERP and S/4HANA systems are priced result-oriented based on created Digital Documents. The license calculation is based on the initial creation of a document which means read, update, and delete accesses are not counted.

There are nine different document types, which are:

  1. Sales Document

  2. Invoice Document

  3. Purchase Document

  4. Service & Maintenance Document

  5. Manufacturing Document

  6. Time Management Document

  7. Quality Management Document

  8. Financial Document

  9. Material Document

The document types 1 to 7 have a multiplier of 1.0 and document types 8 and 9 have a multiplier of 0.2 to determine the actual count.
