Data overview

The report shows an overview of the selected ABAP data sources regarding clients, user counts, Engines, and activated Business Functions. Results can be saved as PDF documents.

  1. Select ABAP data sources.

  2. For a PDF download, activate checkbox.

  3. Click on Execute.png.

  4. If checkbox was activated, select directory and save PDF documents.

The resulting tabs and tables provide details. Tab 'Clients' includes information about the SAP system, installation number, client ID, name, role, default license type, hardware key, and database system. Tab 'User counts' includes information about valid, locked, expired, and future users, user types, as well as logon activities. Tab 'Engines' includes information about the engine unit, application, measurement, and counts. Tab 'Business Functions' includes information about the SAP system, installation number, Business Function type, and activation.
