Usage analysis

The report shows the usage of selected BusinessObjects data sources.

1. Select BusinessObjects data source.

2. Select BusinessObjects users.

3. Enter type and name of BusinessObjects object.

   Enter change and creation date.

   To open calendar, click on .

   Select date and click on .

4. Select aggregation scheme.

5. Select license type hierarchy.

6. If the report is executed in background, select notifications and receiver lists.

7. Click on .

The resulting table provides information about users aggregated in groups, days since last logon, number of changes, and consolidated license type.

Functions available:

• To see user details, mark row and click on .

  To see user aliases or user groups within user details, mark row and click on  or .

• To change user master data, mark row and click on .
