Updates user master data

This setting defines how changes to user master data are processed. Both options are activated by default. When 'Ignore old value' is deactivated, the current value of the user master data field is read from the satellite system and compared with the old value in the change list. If the values differ, no update is performed, and an error entry is added to the change list. When 'Sync. after update' is deactivated, changes to user master data are not synchronized with the values stored on the master system.
