Manage receiver lists

Access through: Cross-functional objects > Receiver lists

Access through: Warning functions > Receiver lists

In preparation for the automated sending of notifications, you can create receiver lists in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software.

note

You can find the receiver lists feature in two places in the Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software menu: once in the Cross-functional objects folder and once in the Warning functions folder.

tip

You can export the recipients of a receiver list from the SAP system by selecting Export.png in the detail view of a receiver list.

Create receiver list​

  1. Select New.png.

  2. Enter the name and description for the new receiver list.

  3. To add email recipients to the receiver list, do the following:

    1. In Email recipients, select Add1.png.

    2. In the new row, enter the email address.

    3. Repeat steps i. and ii. until you added all required email recipients.

  4. To add SAP mail recipients to the receiver list, do the following:

    1. In SAP mail recipients, select Add1.png.

    2. In the new row, enter the user name.

    3. To send an SAP mail as an express mail to the recipient, select Express mail.

    4. Repeat steps i. to iii. until you added all required SAP mail recipients.

  5. Save.

Change receiver list​

  1. Select the row of the receiver list.

  2. To show the detailed view, select Details.png.

  3. To switch to change mode, select Switch to change mode.png.

  4. To make changes, do the following:

    • Change the name or description of the receiver list.

    • Change values of existing email or SAP mail recipient entries.

    • To add an email or SAP mail recipient, select Add1.png.

    • To delete an email or SAP mail recipient, select the row and select Delete1.png.

  5. Save.

Copy receiver list​

  1. Select the row of the receiver list.

  2. Select Copy1.png.

  3. Change the name and description of the receiver list.

  4. Make other required changes:

    • Change values of existing email or SAP mail recipient entries.

    • To add an email or SAP mail recipient, select Add1.png.

    • To delete an email or SAP mail recipient, select the row and select Delete1.png.

  5. Save.
