The Evaluation Digital Access estimation report is part of the Indirect Usage feature in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software.

Before using this report, you must load Digital Access estimation data.

Description​

This report gives you information about the estimated number of Digital Documents generated by Digital Access on selected data sources.

To show information about the measured number of Digital Documents, execute the Evaluation Digital Access measurement report.

Selection criteria​

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

  • Period

  • Type of Digital Documents

  • FI document type

  • Users and user types

    note

    • If you enter a known technical user, the report can check indirect access that was caused by this user.

    • It is required to know the users who cause indirect access. You must include these users in the report to search specifically for Digital Documents.

You can execute this report in the background.

Results​

The report result shows the following information:

  • Type of Digital Document

  • Number of users who created Digital Documents of this type

  • Number of data sources the Digital Document was found on

  • Number of created Digital Documents

  • Actual number of created Digital Documents considering the multiplier

Functions available in the report result:

  • Show Digital Document details

    • Aggregate users
