Logon evaluation ABAP systems

The Logon evaluation report shows an evaluation of the users' logons of ABAP systems.

Description​

This report gives you information about which users on the selected ABAP data sources have logged on within a certain period or have not logged on for a certain period. To calculate the period, you can enter the number of days and select the base date.

tip

With the Graphical logon statistics report, you can show graphically which users have not logged on for a certain period.

Selection criteria​

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

Options for logon evaluation

  • In the Days since last logon field, you can enter the number of days that define the period since the last logon.

  • To show users who have not logged on for the selected number of days, you can select the Show inactive users option. To show users who have logged on within the selected number of days, you can select the Show active users option.

  • In the Base date area, you can select the option for the base date of the period. If you select the Manual base date option, you have to enter the date manually.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result​

The report result shows information about the users on the data sources, the number of days since the last logon, the last logon date, the license type, the user type, and more.

Functions available in the report result:
