Change role assignments

In many report results, you can change the roles that are assigned to one or several users. You can add role assignments, delete selected role assignments, or delete all role assignments of users and save the changes in a change list.

Add role assignment

  1. In the report result, select one or several rows.

  2. Select Change role assignment.

  3. In the pop-up, select Add role assignment and select Accept.png.

  4. Activate the checkboxes of the users that you want to assign the roles and select Accept.png.

  5. Do one of the following:

    • Select an existing change list.

      1. Select a row.

      2. Select Accept.png.

    • Create a new change list.

      1. Select New.

      2. Enter the name and the description of the new change list.

      3. Select Accept.png.

Delete role assignment

  1. In the report result, select one or several rows.

  2. Select Change role assignment.

  3. In the pop-up, select Delete role assignment and select Accept.png.

  4. Activate the checkboxes of the users that you want to unassign the roles and select Accept.png.

  5. Select a change list or create a new change list.

Delete all role assignments

  1. In the report result, select one or several rows.

  2. Select Change role assignment.

  3. In the pop-up, select Delete all role assignments and select Accept.png.

  4. Activate the checkboxes of the users that you want to unassign all roles and select Accept.png.

  5. Select a change list or create a new change list.
