Manage formulas

Access through: Contract management > Products > Products - Editor formulas

In preparation for the compliance analysis in the contract management of Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software, you can use the formula editor for products to manage formulas for the inventory calculation of engines with multiple units.

note

  • Before you can maintain formulas for products, you must create the respective products.

  • The formula editor for products shows only products with inventory calculation based on a formula.

  • There are examples of different kinds of engine calculations.

Procedure​

  1. Select Switch to change mode.png.

  2. In the row of a product, enter or change the metric ID and formula.

  3. To check a formula, select the row of a product and select btn_check.png.

    note

    The formula editor checks for the following errors:

    • Unknown parameter

    • Unknown unit

    • Unknown system

  4. Select SAP navigation back.png.

  5. Save.
