Manage rule sets
Access through: Rules > Definitions > Rule set
In preparation for deciding reasonable changes in the user master data, you can create rule sets in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software.
As a starting point, there is a rule set template in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software.
Create rule set
The rules in a rule set are executed from the top down. Therefore, you need to consider the order of local rules and global rules.

Enter a name and description for the new rule set.

To add a local rule, select the Local rules tab and select

To add a global rule, select the Global rules tab and select

In the Aggregation and consolidation tab, select an aggregation scheme and a license type hierarchy.

To save and activate the rule set, select

To go to the rule set execution, select

.To show the new rule set listed, select

After creating a rule set, you can execute the rule set to apply the local rules and global rules and hence decide reasonable changes in the user master data.
