Manage self-declarations

Access through: Contract management > Compliance > Self-declaration

In preparation for a compliance analyses in the contract management of Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software, you can create, change, and copy self-declarations.

Create self-declaration

  1. Select New.png.

  2. Enter a name and description of the new self-declaration.

  3. Select Add1.png.

  4. In the pop-up, select products and select Accept.png.

  5. Enter the number of licenses and description for every product.

  6. When the value of a product has been finally determined and you can report the value to SAP, select the Final value checkbox for information purposes.

  7. Save.

Change self-declaration

  1. Select the row of the self-declaration.

  2. Select Details.png.

  3. Select Switch to change mode.png.

  4. Make the required changes.

    • To add a product, select Add1.png.

    • To delete a product, select Delete1.png.

  5. Save.

Copy self-declaration

  1. Select the row of the self-declaration.

  2. Select Copy1.png.

  3. Make the required changes.

    • To add a product, select Add1.png.

    • To delete a product, select Delete1.png.

  4. Save.
