Applications HANA systems

Access through: Reports > Reports for HANA systems > Applications HANA systems

The Applications HANA systems report shows information about the applications that are installed on HANA systems.

Description

This report gives you an overview of the applications that are installed on the selected HANA data sources. For every application, the report determines general information and current and historical values of the license measurement results.

note

The report shows only applications that have been assigned a Global License Audit Service ID (GLAS ID) by SAP.

Selection criteria

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

Option for GLAS ID

You can select the GLAS IDs of the applications to limit the report results.

Option for Full Use systems

For the use of HANA databases, SAP offers two forms of licenses. The runtime license is a restricted license that is only valid for operating an SAP system like, for example, S/4HANA on the database. The full-use license is an unrestricted license that allows the operation of any SAP or non-SAP applications on the database.

By activating the Only systems with Full Use checkbox, you can limit the report results to HANA systems with a Full Use HANA license.

tip

In Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software, you can define the license form of HANA systems in the Data source administration.

You can execute this report in the background.
