Historical trend

Access through: Rules > Results of rule set execution > Historical trend

The Historical trend report is a part of the rules feature in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software. Using this report, you can graphically show the historical trend of the user counts per license type.

Description​

The numbers of the report are based on a selected result of a rule set execution on a specific date or within a period of time. The result shows the measured current situation or the recommended situation for the user master data.

Selection criteria​

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

  • Saved results options

    You can select the date and the rule set.

  • Result type options

    You can select whether the report result shows the measured or the recommended number of licenses.

Results​

The report result shows detailed information about the execution of the selected rule set.

Functions available in the report result:

  • Show a graph of the historical trend by selecting Chart.png

    The x-axis shows the number of days, and the y-axis shows the number of users. If license type combinations exist, you can select to show or resolve the license type combinations.

  • Show single results by selecting Single results.png
