The Send warnings report is part of the Warning functions feature of Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software.
Description
This report sends warning messages and extra notification texts per email or SAP mail to selected recipients in case a warning threshold is exceeded or not exceeded.
To ensure that you receive warning messages automatically at regular intervals, you should schedule these reports as a background job on a regular basis. If the reports are run in the background as a batch job, you will find the protocol in the spool.
Selection criteria
In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

Warning threshold

Warning base (only for User counts per license type)
You can select whether the basis for warnings is loaded user data or the last result of a rule set execution.
You can execute this report in the background.
If you do not want the report to send warning messages when a warning threshold is exceeded or not exceeded, do not enter a receiver list or select an empty one.
Results
A pop-up shows the successful or erroneous sending of warning messages.
