The Supermaster data synchronization folder has all functions to synchronize and manage data of connected Submaster systems with a Supermaster system.

The Execute synchronization report synchronizes data from the connected Submaster systems with the Supermaster system.
Description
This report can synchronize data of individual data sources or entire Master Synchronization Points on a Supermaster system.
Selection criteria
In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:
Data types
For each system type, you can select the data types to synchronize.
You cannot deselect System data, because data about system details is always loaded.
You can execute this report in the background.
Result
A pop-up shows information about the number of successfully loaded data sources, failed data sources, and inactive data sources. If there are errors, select Error details to show details.
The result shows the load protocol for each data source with the data types and the number of loaded records per data type. If applicable, the data is broken down by period.
Synchronization Administration

Access through: Administration > Data > Supermaster data synchronization > Synchronization Administration
The Synchronization Administration feature allows you to manage data of synchronized Submaster data sources.
Description
A table shows icons for the data status for each synchronized Submaster data source and data type. By placing the cursor on a status icon, the date, time, and user of last the synchronization is shown. You can define warning thresholds that specify the time when the data becomes outdated.

Manage warning thresholds
You can specify the number of days from which the data is outdated.

noteIf you enter no number, the default value of 31 days is used.

Delete transferred change list log entries
Delete transferred change list log entries
Access through: Administration > Data > Supermaster data synchronization > Delete change list transfer log entries
The Delete change list transfer log entries report allows you to delete transferred change list log entries.
Description
The report deletes entries from the Transferred change lists log.
Selection criteria
In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:
Creation date
You can enter the creation date to delete all change list log entries created before this date.
You can execute this report in the background.
A pop-up shows the number of entries found. Select Yes to delete the entries.
Result
After deletion, a message shows the number of deleted entries.
