Matrix users and data sources

Access through: Reports > Matrix users / data sources

The Matrix users and data sources report shows the activity status of users across different system types.

Description

This report helps you identify the activity status of users on data sources of the type ABAP, Java UME, HANA, BusinessObjects, and external systems. The users' activity status is determined by the date of the last logon or the CPU consumption.

Selection criteria

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

  • Option for user inactivity

You can select whether the days since the last logon or the months since the last CPU consumption define the user inactivity. Depending on the selected option, you can enter the number of days or months. The default setting for user inactivity is 90 days since the last logon and two months since the last CPU consumption.

  • Option for column representation

You can select whether the column descriptions in the report results show the system ID, client, and installation number (Unshortened), the system ID and the client (Middle), or only the system ID (Only system ID).

You can execute this report in the background.

tip

To get a meaningful report result, you should select an aggregation scheme like, for example, aggregation by email.
