User list

Access through: Reports > User list

The User list report shows user information across different system types.

Description​

This report gives you an overview of the user data on selected ABAP, Java UME, HANA, BusinessObjects, and external systems.

tip

There is also a user list report for S/4HANA Cloud systems.

Selection criteria​

The selection screen of the report has standard selection criteria.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result​

The report result shows general and detailed information regarding the users on the different system types. The All users tab gives general information about the selected data sources, users on data sources, license types, and other details. The tabs for the individual systems show more detailed user data available for the respective system types.

Functions available in the report result:

  • Change user master data

  • Show the user aliases in the BusinessObjects systems tab

  • Show the user groups in the BusinessObjects systems tab
