Graphical logon statistics

Access through: Reports > Reports for ABAP systems > Graphical logon statistics

The Graphical logon statistics report shows a graphical analysis of the users' logons on ABAP systems.

Description​

This report gives you visual information about which users on the selected ABAP data sources have not logged on for a certain period. To calculate the period, you can enter the number of days and select the base date.

tip

With the Logon evaluation ABAP systems report, you can also show which users have logged on within a certain period.

Selection criteria​

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

Options for logon statistics

  • In the Analyzed period in days field, you can enter the number of days that define the period since the last logon.

  • In the Base date area, you can select the option for the base date of the period. If you select the Manual base date option, you have to enter the date manually.

Result​

The report result shows information about the users on the data sources and days since the last logon in a simple graph. The x-axis shows the number of days since the last logon, and the y-axis shows the number of users.
