Usage analysis

Access through: Reports > Reports for BusinessObjects systems > Usage analysis

The Usage analysis report shows the users' usage of BusinessObjects systems.

Description​

This report gives you information about the activities of users on the selected BusinessObjects data sources like, for example, created objects or changed objects.

Selection criteria​

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

Options for usage data

You can select the type and name of BusinessObjects, change date, and creation date.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result​

This report result description refers to a report execution with an aggregation scheme by user ID.

The aggregated report result shows information about the user groups, the number of days since the last logon, the number of changes, and the consolidated license type.
