User authorizations

Access through: Reports > Reports for ABAP systems > Roles and authorizations > User authorizations

The User authorizations report shows information about the users' authorizations of ABAP systems.

Description​

This report gives you an overview of the authorization roles, profiles, and objects of the users on the selected ABAP systems.

Selection criteria​

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

Options for authorizations

You can select authorization roles, profiles, and objects to limit the report results.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result​

The report result shows general and detailed information regarding the users on the selected ABAP systems. The columns highlighted in yellow indicate authorization data and show the number of authorization roles, profiles, and objects.
